was easier…
I'm committed to showing you that while we could go it alone, we don't have to.

Let’s Collective ™ is a business growth strategy firm devoted to making entrepreneurship easier and helping women-owned businesses scale. Let’s Collective is built on the principle that our success isn’t just possible, it’s inevitable.
To get there, we need the momentum that a strong community can provide.
We want to show you that just because you are in business for yourself, it doesn’t have to be by yourself. You can have a thriving business, a community and a life.
Even as a solopreneur, you are part of the Collective.

It’s really beautiful to know that there’s this group of women who already know you and your business that you can lean on if you’re having a hard time or if you just have a simple question or you just need a referral.
When you work for yourself, it can be kind of lonely. Having that support system in place of people who get it–-particularly in this group––is really a valuable perspective for me. – Sonia Ruyts

Megan Flatt,
Founder
My life’s work is helping you make your life’s work a reality.
I’m the founder of Let’s Collective and I’ve been working with clients for years to make revenue-focused decisions and then create a strategy to get there. I want you to feel ease in running your business, so you have more time to focus on the important things in your life.
I’ve been an entrepreneur my entire life. I owned a dance studio in college, wrote curriculum for fitness brands, and have been running my consulting business for nearly a decade. I’ve helped hundreds of women, just like you, turn their big ideas into day-to-day plans where they actually happen–while eliminating stress and removing the overwhelm.
I’m obsessed with post-it notes, coffee, and my kids (not necessarily in that order.) When I'm not working, I love to paddle board in the San Francisco Bay and read books meant for 16 year-old girls.
Let's do this, together!

Sara Barry

Sara Barry,
Client Success Manager
Sara helps people make the most of their time in Momentum — communicating about what’s happening, starting conversations, sharing and locating resources, and connecting people with others for support. She’s been self employed for 20 years. She shifted from educational publishing into the online business space in 2014, and has been helping small businesses and solopreneurs build community and connection through copywriting and online group support since then.
Sara’s ideal day would include spending time in her garden, cooking and canning in her kitchen, and sharing food with her friends and family. When she’s not writing for other people, she can be found working on a memoir or writing personal essays.
Sara has always wanted to be a writer. She thought more along the lines of novels or children’s books, but then again blogs and social media posts weren’t yet a thing!
Erin Butterfield,
Executive / Marketing Assistant
Erin handles the marketing and digital communications for Let’s Collective, and supports CEO Megan Flatt in administrative duties and project management. Erin has always been passionate about economic mobility, particularly as it pertains to women and girls, and she has spent most of her life thus far learning about and working for human rights and equity for all. She has a background in political science, sociology, and gender studies, but she has always had a deep love for social media and connecting with others. She served in the Peace Corps in Zambia, where she lived without running water or electricity for two years, and loved it!
Erin’s ideal day is spending time with her fiancée, their two cats, going to the beach or on a scenic walk, and eating some delicious Mexican food or sushi.
When Erin was little she wanted to be a queen with hair down to the ground, but quickly grew out of that fantasy once she realized how long it would take to brush all that hair.
